Stuart Tuck, Registered Migration Agent and owner of Rainima-Tuck Migration, was born in Australia and spent several years living and working in Fiji, on his family property Tucks Farm. After sustaining a serious injury, Stuart returned to Australia and during his long recovery process, he personally handled his own family’s migration matters. After completing formal study in Australian migration law and practice, Stuart went on to complete his Graduate Diploma in Australian Migration Law and Practice and became a Registered Migration Agent. Stuart regularly attends professional development courses, participates in migration forums and reads and checks the previous day’s ART and court migration cases, on a daily basis. This ensures he is up to date with all migration related matters.
